New Zealand Tours

Take a Day tour or 3-5 day tours for easy travelling

New Zealand Tours will be included in most tourists travel itinerary....whether it be a few hours, a day tour or a short term 3-5 day tour.

While you probably prefer to travel independently and plan your holidays in New Zealand yourselves...it makes sense to do some half or full day tours to a specific destination, activity or attraction. You will see more than on your own...and indeed , many activities can only be experienced as part of a tour.

Help Budget for Your Holiday
Book Your New Zealand Tours from Home

To choose and pay for your New Zealand Tours prior to leaving home means not having to worry about missing out. Also knowing you have paid for your tours makes budgeting your travel funds a breeze as you only have to allow for every day items. This makes budgeting a whole heap easier!

Give a Tour as a Gift

Are your family stuck for gift ideas? Direct them to this site and let your gifter give you a surprise tour for your holiday in New Zealand!

It is also exciting to have plans! Having a few tours booked and paid for gives you something to look forward to....dream about.... and get excited about.

Choose Your Tours

I provide here 136 New Zealand tours covering the whole of the country for you to choose from. There are sightseeing tours...especially good if you have limited time, adventure tours...with action packed activities such as
  • bungy jumping
  • white water rafting
  • jet boating
  • heli skiing
  • hot air ballooning
  • whale watching
  • swimming with dolphins
  • 4WD tours of the back country
  • Black water rafting
........and much more!

Then there are uniquely New Zealand experiences such as

  • Maori Cultural Shows and Hangi dinners
  • Franz Joseph and Fox Glacier tours
  • Waitomo Caves

Scenic Experiences include:

  • Milford Sound Cruises
  • Mt Cook Tours
  • Harbour Cruises and Sailing
  • Helicopter flights
  • Winery Tours
  • are the best way to sample wines in an area safe from worrying about drink/driving regulations!

Many of these tours take you from a main city centre to a destination 2-3 hours away. If you have limited time this is an excellent way to see more of the country in a short time. For example....Rotorua and Rotorua/Waitomo Caves tours are very popular from Auckland.

Specialty Tours and One Way Tours

There are several 3- 5 day tours showing you around the best of an area in a short time frame. There are also one way tours. These are excellent if you want to travel from one city to the next. Do a tour so you see a lot of interesting things along the way rather than just take a bus from A to B.

Airport Pick Ups

If you like to be well organised or are arriving at a difficult time of day or night you may prefer to know your airport pick ups to your hotel or accommodation are organised.

There are buses, taxis and vans from each airport but these often have a queue of people all wanting transport. If you have children or find organising transport after a long flight tiresome.....this may be the way to go.
