Rugby World Cup 2011 New Zealand
A very successful Rugby World Cup 2011 was held in New Zealand with New Zealand playing a nailbiting final against France with a final score 8-7 to New Zealand.
The World Cup had many highlights, and many surprises.I hope if you came you enjoyed it as much as we all did!

The Rugby World Cup 2011 - is New Zealand's major focus over the next year.With "kick off" on 9th September 2011 the Cup matches will be played through to mid October. With 20 countries competing and 48 matches to be played at 23 venues around the country, Rugby World Cup 2011 expects around 60,000 visitors and Rugby fans. New Zealand tourism knows that most of these visitors are also going to want to spend extra time taking holidays in New Zealand before or after the Cup.... touring the country sampling our culture, scenery,attractions, activities, and of course fantastic food and wine! They are working hard to ensure that in addition to the usual wide range of activities and attractions that draw a constant stream of travellers to our shores, there will be many extra activities showcasing the country on offer. A six week countrywide Festival is planned to take place over September /October offering a wide range of activities and real New Zealand experiences. Wherever you choose to watch a game..... there is sure to be other interesting activities to enjoy for a break from rugby!

Car Rentals You can book cars varying from small 2 door sedans to people movers and vans.Check them out.
MotorHome or Campervan Hire Hiring a campervan or motorhome is an alternative that covers travel and accommodation. However....you will also have to have a campsite booked. Freedom Camping is not an option around the cities.....but us a great option for travelling around the country.

- Dunedin – A new indoor stadium is being built and is New Zealand’s largest indoor stadium and Australiasia’s 2nd biggest after Melbourne.
